The Western Great Lakes Pilots Association's office is currently located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. We employ a Business Manager and an Assistant Business Manager, and they are tasked with billing operations as well as book keeping and record keeping. They administer all employee benefit programs as well as any services required by the Association.
